You see what makes this deadbolt keyless isn’t RFID or some electronic dohicky no, its just a better mechanical lock that someone should have done alot sooner! It still requires a key to open the deadbolt, but what it doesn’t require is you to use that key to lock the door when your leaving. All you do is close the door and give the locks collar a twist which locks the deadbolt and your on your way no more fumbling! Only small gripe i have on it is that it isn’t a deadbolt handle combo, so you’d be getting a seperate key for the deadbolt different from your handle, but who cares, i’ll just use the deadbolt if its this easy. Seems like a pretty novel approach to a very annoying problem and only runs 45$.
